Absolutely not — this is specifically designed with new agents in mind. You'll learn skills that most 10-year veterans don't have. Starting with the IPS Method early in your career gives you an unfair advantage.

I'm an experienced agent. Will I learn anything new?

If you're not already working with investors consistently and profitably, yes — absolutely. Even experienced agents tell us the modules on REO Mastery and Tax Lien Partnerships expose them to strategies they've never encountered.

How much time does it cost and how much time do I need to commit?

The course is $4,997 and you need to plan for 3-5 hours per week during the 6-week cohort period. This includes watching modules, attending live sessions, and implementing what you learn. .

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer a 3-payment plan of $1,750 per payment. First payment due at enrollment, remaining two payments charged at 30 and 60 days.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes — we offer a 21-day conditional guarantee. Complete the first 3 modules and attend at least 2 live sessions. If you've done the work and you're not satisfied, request a full refund. No questions asked.

When are the live Zoom sessions?

Live sessions are held weekly starting January 20, 2026. The exact time will be determined based on the cohort's availability. All sessions are recorded, so if you can't attend live, you'll have access to the replay within 24 hours.
